Snoqualmie Valley Alliance Church

Tenant improvement/renovation project with 8 large systems including distribution and controls.

Kent HealthPoint

Removed 55 ton RTU and replaced it with a relocated 70 ton RTU. Tenant improvement also included the addition of new VAV boxes and miscellaneous duct modifications as well as a completely new control system with integration for exhaust fans and exterior lighting. We were only allowed to work on the weekends and we still came in right on schedule.

Oculus Virtual Reality

Install a 1.5 ton split system and refrigerant piping; install six exhaust fans and ducting; install 135 grilles, registers and diffusers; demo existing MUA unit and relocate rooftop unit.

Design/Build multiple building TI. Rezoned spaces providing new VAV boxes and new ducting.

Marymoor Business Center (Floors 2 & 3)

Design/Build (2) Floor build out of an existing shell. Provided and installed (24) VAV boxes, with exposed spiral ducting.

Disney Imaging

Provided 24 VAV boxes and duct work for this high tech tenant improvement project with a split AC system for their server room.

Remodel of two buildings including the installation of multiple VAV terminal units, fire smoke dampers and DDC controls.

Chilled water CRAC unit were used instead of DX system to take advantage of the prevailing energy code economizer exemption. Redundancy was provided via dual pumps and four multi-stage compressors.
